"Beach Vibes" Vacation Home is the center of all your vacation dreams! Unwind with plenty of space indoor and out with a screened patio and heated pool overlooking the tropical garden and pond. With tasteful decorations and a coastal vibe throughout, all you have to do is unpack your suitcase and get your flip flops on! *4 minutes to Anna Maria Oyster Bar**8 minutes to the Village Of Cortez**10 minutes to Bradenton Beach**12 minutes to Anna Maria Island beaches*Come enjoy the Beach Vibe Paradise Life!
This large 3 bedroom 2 bath plus screened in pool has room for all your friends or family! Comfortably fitting up to 8 guests.
Here at Beach Vibes you can unwind and sip poolside with your oasis pond view or go out and catch a paddle board rental at Palma Sole Causeway 7 minutes away and head over to the Anna Maria Oyster Bar-Cortez on your way back all within close vicinity!
Guests have the choice of visiting several close beaches in the area. Take the time to venture out to each one's unique discoveries! Once on Anna Maria Island, there is a free Trolley which runs up and down the island as well as the Monkey Bus which also provides free transportation anywhere on the island.
If you are up for a day out, visit the local bars, boutiques, restaurants and head over to Historic Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island and its blocks of fun or visit its fine sand beach while shelling.
Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests.
Pool Heating is available for $20/day from November 1 through April 30 and must be purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to check in. Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

“A quick trip for Spring break to escape cold New England and this house did not disappoint! Very clean, great layout, stocked with all necessary amenities including beach chairs and beach towels, and a heated pool! So much to do in the area- Anna Maria was only a 15 minute drive with traffic and many other attractions are within an hour drive. Lots of great restaurants/coffee shops/stores to choose from nearby too! Host was very responsive to any question we had! Thanks for an amazing vacation!”

It was impeccably, clean, spacious, well stocked with things for the beach and pool. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to be close to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton area!”

“The house is great! We were 4 adults and 2 kids and spent a week in Bradenton. The rooms, as well as beds are very pleasant, the bathrooms very clean and equipped with enough bath and beach towels, which is not always the case with other rental houses. Kitchen was well equipped, it even had spices and some coffee the start. Everything is tip top. The fridge is big enough and great for us Europeans as he makes ice cubes :-). The outside area is very cozy. In a small annex there are sun loungers, umbrella and toys for the children for the beach. The material is available at your disposal. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. If you have any questions, PMI Sarasota was very quick and was always able to help us. We highly recommend this house from PMI Sarasota and will return.”

“Place is great! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and kitchen. TVs everywhere, WiFi. Pool was a big hit for the kids and adults. It is small, but gets very deep. Anna Maria Island is close by, the main pier is about 20-30 mins depending on traffic. Manatee public beach (free parking, good food -all you can eat pancakes, outdoor shower, chai and umbrella rentals, and restrooms) is only about 10-15 mins. Before you get to there, we saw horses you could ride in the water, jet ski, and paddle board rentals. If you want to hit a Publix for groceries, the one at Beachway Plaza is the best (we accidentally went to 3 different ones) this is by far the cleanest and friendliest.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable! Nice quite neighborhood. Host is extremely responsive and on top of things. Pool heater did not work the night we came in, next morning before we were up they had a pool guy there and it was up and running without any disturbance.
Highly recommend this place!”
