This finely crafted home has a private backyard oasis ready to retreat and entertain! Luxurious pool, lounge chairs, grill and dining seating for everyone to be comfortable! Lounge your days away with the warm breeze while you dip in the pool and enjoy meals using the brand new gourmet kitchen! Spacious, bright and clean! Splendor all around!
Plenty of space in and out! Bring your boat and park it in the driveway! Large yard and large pool deck and patio area to rest, read a book, work, dine and play! Lush tropical heated pool to spend outdoors any time of the day! This large 3 bedroom 2 bath plus patio and pool has room for all your friends or family! Comfortably fitting up to 6 guests. There are even Twin XL mattresses to accommodate you further!
Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
Guest have access to the whole property. Large yard with yard games, pool toys and loungers all fenced in! Beach gear supplied so no need to pay extra rental fees. Room for an extra vehicle in the driveway. Come and live the charmed Sarasota Life!

“This house is amazing! It’s open and family friendly. The pool and view in the back are perfect. It’s close to everything for shopping. The beaches are gorgeous. The hosts are great communicators, and we’re so accommodating. The house was clean and well organized. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people and is very peaceful . We used to stay in this neighborhood as kids and so it was really fantastic to get to be back in the area with our kids :). You won’t be disappointed it’s definitely worth a stay.”

“This is a wonderful house. It was clearly built very recently because everything looks new. In addition, the house is spotlessly clean. It is well-designed, and all the furnishings are tasteful. You will find everything you need when you arrive. The back yard and pool are so clean and relaxing. Frankly, this is one of best Airbnb homes I've ever stayed in. I couldn't find any flaws. When I visit Sarasota again in the future, I plan to stay here. As a final note, all the televisions have excellent sound systems.”

“We just spent a week there with our family and had a wonderful stay! The house is centrally located and allowed us easy access to beaches, museums and all Sarasota has to offer. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out, the heated pool is great and we appreciated all the beach amenities for our kids (balls, noodles, inflatable toys, beach toys, etc...) since we are from out of town. PMI, the management company was very responsive to our needs and helped us quickly the couple of times we reached out. Great house with great amenities, we will be back for sure!”

“The backyard was a dream! So big and beautiful with the pool and grass it really was a unique place in the area. Was well stocked especially the kitchen had everything you needed especially for families. Pool toys, beach toys and board games. Very quiet area and close to all the restaurants so good little place for a stay in Sarasota.”

“Dear Mary Jo and PMI, A heartfelt thank you for a well appointed home that lacked nothing. We were in town for a wedding and so we stayed at the home for 2 weeks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, the bedrooms had comfortable beds and sheets, and bathrooms large and sparkling clean. Super helpful to have a washer and dryer on premises. The home was aesthetically pleasing as it felt brand-new, simple and well decorated. The backyard is fenced in with beautiful pool that we swam in everyday. Comfortable outdoor furniture! The pool and backyard is bigger than it looks online and there are 2 spectacular trees that offer a home to birds and other creatures that are fun to watch. Palm trees and other ornamental bushes add to the beauty. I would give this property a 5 if the location were different. Love the house!”

The home had a perfectly stocked kitchen with spices, cooking spray, tin foil, etc. which made it easy to cook a few meals at home. The beach gear was really nice and the yard games were fun as well. I would love to stay here again on a future trip to Sarasota!”

“What a fantastic vacation we had - we cannot recommend this house enough!
The backyard is truly an oasis, we did not want to leave. The yard and home is in pristine condition, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is much larger than expected with a sun deck and a bench in the deep end. The landscape is very tropical and picturesque. There were many backyard games, pool toys/floats, board games, beach equipment and more! The kitchen had more small appliances and spices than our own. Each bedroom had a nice sized TV and thoughtfully decorated. There were many mirrors around the house which made getting ready easy.
This house is centrally located, we enjoyed being less than 10 minutes to downtown and less than 20 minutes to the beaches. There is a Publix literally right around the corner that made grocery runs quick and easy.
MJ and the PMI team were a breeze to work with and we are looking forward to coming back!”

It was very peaceful and we especially loved all the different birds that came to visit every morning. The beds were also very comfortable. “Wow is an understatement! We’ve been vacationing in Sarasota for 7 years and this is by far the nicest property we’ve stayed at. The house was immaculate and had everything you could need, plus more. The house had extra pillows, blankets, everything you need for the grill, beach chairs, beach towels, yard games, pool noodles, toys, literally anything you can think of you might need! There wasn’t anything that we didn’t have for our stay that the home did not have. The home was spotless and very comfortable beds. The pool area was indeed a “backyard oasis”; had privacy and landscaping/foliage was beautiful!! I could go on and on, we had no complaints!! We felt like we were at home away from home and can’t wait to come back!”

The home was extremely clean and came with everything you’d need.
The garage had all the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for kids, so that was really nice for when we went to the beach. The layout of all three bedrooms were really spread out, so it would be perfect for couples, or a big family. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to everything. 20 mins to Siesta Key beach.”
