Come enjoy lazy days relaxing in a tropical paradise just minutes from Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota! Feel the warm Florida breezes while you grill on the patio and enjoy the lush surrounding palms and summer vibe. This home is spacious, bright and clean throughout with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 5.
Ample parking for your vehicles and boat and across the street from a sand volleyball park! Rest, read a book, work, dine and play in the large yard, deck and patio area!
The space
Two large bedroom suites with queen size beds and plenty of space. Twin bedroom with office is on the main level of living space as well. This main level is up one set of stairs. Walls of windows have beautiful foliage and open space to enjoy views surrounding the property. Bee Ridge Park is a short walk with playgrounds, baseball fields, basketball courts, sand volleyball and plenty of green space to enjoy!
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property with large yard, yard games, and loungers!
Beach supplies include umbrella, chairs and beach towels so no need to pay extra rental fees. We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
Other things to note
Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every unit, providing a pristine clean and safe environment for all guests.
Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional information/ documents to verify your identity. As part of this process, you will be required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection of $89 for your stay. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.
This property has outside security devices in the front parking exterior area and the doorbell.

“The place really offers a lot. We were surprised how many small things were already there. We particularly liked the chairs for the beach. It is great that there is so much choice of options for the beach. There was an umbrella/ two coolers and a chair for the beach available for each guest. In general, the accommodation was equipped with everything you need - toilet paper towels for the beach even. There was really everything !!!!!! More than you need. The garden complex could have been a little more beautiful and well-kept, but currently it was not possible to sit outside due to the mosquitoes. Thank you very much for the nice 8 days we were allowed to stay at your place. We would definitely come back!!!!”

“We spent three weeks at this rental, and enjoyed our stay. The home is well equipped with towels, kitchen items, and entire storage closet for beach items. You do have to drive to the beaches but was not too far, 10-15 mins if traffic was light. Very tranquil spot only three homes at end of a road. The beds were comfortable, wished a king size bed was in the primary suite and a TV in lower level bedroom. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking.”

“This house is beautifully updated! Everything was in pristine condition. The photos didn’t do it justice. This is a great location with a small park basically in the back yard. We took morning walks around the area. We loved the space and the feel of the house. They were very responsive to a few concerns that we had and quickly came out to help us with. We recommend!”

“Stayed here with my family for Christmas.
We have been renting houses in the area for our family vacations for the last few years. This property stood out from all the rest.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner.
The level of amenities throughout the house is also fantastic. We made good use of the beach equipment.
Definitely worth booking if you are looking for a nice quiet retreat”

“This was a fabulous rental! We had totally private space for 2 couples and the house was super comfortable and well provisioned. During our stay, we frequented Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota which were each about 10 minutes away. The beach was amazing and the Saturday farmers Market was one of the best we have ever seen. Nothing beats fresh strawberries in December. Overall, this house is a bargain price and a top shelf place to stay. We will return soon! PMI Sarasota was a spectacular host. The communication was perfect and timely. They provided great restaurant and activity recommendations during our visit.”
