This condo has been renovated all throughout! Spacious, clean and well thought out! All the comforts you need! Laundry room is in the apartment for you, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining and a lovely lanai with a garden view to read, sip, sit and relax! Enjoy the lovely Southwest Florida breeze and blue skies whether lounging on the lanai, at the pool or minutes away at our white sandy beaches!  Pool area has a screened in cabana area with fridge and counters and plenty of seats as well. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Come unwind in Sarasota paradise with all the space and comforts of home!  

This property has a minimum 30 night stay, so it’s just perfect for that ‘seasonal snowbird’. Note this property has stairs up to the 2nd unit and does not offer an elevator.

Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity.   As part of this process, you will be required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection of $89 for your stay. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

And, this property requires that all guests complete a brief HOA application, in addition to  our pre arrival check in.
